In Person Across Copenhagen and Nordsjælland, and Online Internationally.
When you are in a state of nervous system collapse, dysregulation, or the long, silent recovery that follows, few people in your support group can truly relate. You find yourself in completely uncharted territory. It is not necessarily a collapse of internal and external support, but rather an experience that exists completely beyond it. Unreachable. Commonly unexplainable. If you know, you know.
Traditional talk settings often demand that you repeatedly recount the grueling details of high-conflict divorce, toxic custody disputes, or weaponized family court dynamics. For a heavily dysregulated central nervous system, those verbal loops can trigger chronic hyper-vigilance without providing actual relief.
My practice is a body-based somatic process that addresses central nervous system dysregulation that words alone have no effect on. Period. It is not an intense dive into, or re-exposure to, past trauma. Rather, it is a practice of bringing what feels unexperiencable gently into an objective, externalized form, allowing gradual regulation. It gives you a way to stop carrying everything internally, where it loops, intensifies, or becomes unshareable—even when you fully understand the patterns causally yourself.
The Three Practical Shifts
Grounded directly in my published interdisciplinary research on complex trauma and affect regulation, this somatic practice creates three distinct structural shifts:
From Internal Containment to External Form: What feels overwhelming inside can now become something that exists outside you on a physical page. It is no longer only happening in you.
From Isolation to Co-Presence: Your experience becomes something that can be witnessed side-by-side, so you are not holding its full weight entirely alone in real time. The supportive witness holds it outside of you.
From Internal Sparring to External Grounding: This functions exactly like utilizing boxing pads. Moving the impact from an internal state to an external target is fundamentally stabilizing. Instead of constantly punching your own insides, you can observe, represent, and manage the stress externally.
This gives the nervous system a completely different relationship to the pressure—one that is paced, boundaried, and returnable rather than engulfing. The sensation of being on the brink of implosion or explosion finally has a physical lever. We build that lever together.
Where this Practice Applies
This work is not about being "okay," and it is absolutely not about being an artist. It is a highly structured, independent space to step completely out of holding everything together, without any requirement to explain, perform, or mask.
No clinical diagnosis is needed, and no medical records are generated. This is a professional, non-reporting mental health break engineered specifically for the complex, high-stress realities of relational trauma and CPTSD.
To protect your personal agency and completely remove the claustrophobic pressure inherent in traditional setups, I do not meet in enclosed clinical offices behind closed doors.
In-person sessions unfold exclusively within expansive, grounding, semi-public natural and cultural environments across Copenhagen and North Zealand (Nordsjælland), such as quiet beach shores, forests, or museum floors. Working side-by-side or with a physical material buffer between us entirely removes the defensive pressure of intense, direct eye contact and formal clinical observation. You retain absolute control over your environment and your pacing.
