A direct, material-based way to work with state of mind.
You do not need PTSD, CPTSD, trauma, relational abuse, ADHD, grief, or a diagnosis of any kind to benefit from intentional creative mindfulness. We all carry something. A little trauma, stray attention, sadness, loss, regret, homesickness, unfinished things, jobs. Diagnosis: human condition.
We all carry weight. Imagine being able to sit down privately with someone, unburden yourself completely, and then step back into your week or month.
The serene element of getting into flow and the transcendent nature of creative practice are often pushed to the back burner when life gets heavy. They have a place on the front burner here.
Meet me at the museum. Meet me at the beach. Meet me at the café.
If this sounds like something for you, but you would rather do it online, we can do that too, anywhere in the world.
These are invitations to private one-to-one sessions in open natural and cultural spaces across Copenhagen and Nordsjælland, with art materials held as a quiet anchor. Each session has a purpose and intention, whether you want to try something once, have a particular experience, or establish a regular practice that you schedule and show up for.
A pleasant, surface-level conversation is welcome, but not expected. My therapeutic work employs art as a nonverbal field of communication. I am content to chase butterflies together, even in silence, but I come equipped to slay dragons together, so there is no restriction on the depth you can discuss either.
There is no probe to “tell me more,” and no requirement to explain how you feel. But there are no limits on either.
The goal is still embodied externalization, the same process with a different intention. Getting it out allows you to leave something behind. To that end, I am not there to make you feel good. I am there to allow you to feel better.
