Navigating the Overlap of ADHD, Burnout, Executive Function & Relational Stress.
One-to-one online conversations for people dealing with patterns that don’t fit neatly into a single category. Relational stress, attention dysregulation, and professional burnout are often treated separately. In practice, they are experienced together.
I am not providing a clinical assessment for ADHD, or Executive Function Disorder. I am not a specialist in medical burnout or diagnostic neurodivergence. But I get it. I offer peer scaffolding for those navigating patterns that don't fit into a single category, providing the integrated understanding that siloed clinical labels frequently miss. Trauma too, can create ADHD syptoms which is part of the operational issues with cptsd.
You may already understand parts of what you’re experiencing. You can describe it, but it doesn’t fully resolve when you explain it. It doesn’t sit cleanly as "Trauma," or "ADHD," or "Stress," or "Burnout." It moves between them. That makes it harder to place, and harder to find someone who actually understands it as a whole.
This space may be relevant if you are noticing or navigating:
Tangled Patterns: Relational stress that leaves you second-guessing yourself while trying to manage a high-pressure career.
Attention Loops: Focus that shifts, loops, or locks in ways that are hard to regulate under ADHD-style patterns or sustained stress.
The Performance Wall: Neurodivergent burnout or cognitive fatigue from sustained pressure and "masking" in professional environments.
The Need for Synthesis: A sense that multiple things are happening at once, and they cannot be separated into silos.
Global One-to-One Conversations: Available wherever you are, realativley.
Non-Clinical & Peer-Led: The focus is on nonlinear problem solving and connecting dots that observers often miss.
No Preparation or Diagnosis Required: Peer support offers just that.
